What method of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, we no longer accept cash or check. Our online payments are processed through square. Once you book a cleaning you will be charged $60.00, the rest of the bill will be deducted from your card after completion of your cleaning.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If something comes up please let us know asap. There is a penalty if not given at least a 24-hour notice, the $60.00 deposit will be withheld and another $60.00 deposit will have to be made in order to book another day.
Do you accept tips?
We do not ask for nor require a tip, but you have that option of applying a tip to square checkout once the cleaning is completed.
How do you bill for recurring service?
Most of our customers prefer to pay the bill for the month all at once, so we typically send the invoice on the 27th of the month for the following months services. However, we can send out invoices weekly if you’d prefer. Keep in mind that choosing this option you forfeit you recurring service discounts. Since the discount only applies if you book all the cleaning at once for the month.
