What method of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, we no longer accept cash or check.
When will I be billed?
In order to book your cleaning we will need a card on file. The day before service the funds will be placed on hold and you will be charged the day of service.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If something comes up please let us know asap. There is a penalty fee of $35 if not given at least a 24-hour notice.
Do you accept tips?
We do not ask for nor require a tip, but you have that option of applying a tip to square checkout once the cleaning is completed.
What is your refund policy?
We always ask that a post walk-through is completed to ensure that you are completely satisfied. If there is something you are not happy with we can either stay and fix the issue or schedule another day to fix it. We do not offer refunds, however we will do whatever we can to make it right.
