How do you access my home?
It is entirely up to you if you remain in the home while we clean or not. For recurring customers we can make an arrangement that your comfortable with if you cant be there at time of cleaning.
Do you background check your employees?
In short, the answer is absolutely!
Are you insured?
We strive to be as careful as possible while in your home, but just in case we do carry insurance. We do ask that if there are any items in your home that hold a high price tag or sentimental value, to let us know or perhaps put those items away.
What if something in my home gets damaged?
While your cleaning occurs everything either gets dusted or cleaned. Unfortunately, though accidents do happen even if your careful, so if any damage or loss occurs please notify us within 48 hours of your cleaning day. We will do our best to make it right.
